We contacted Pronto Crane and they were able to lift the refrigerator through our 2nd floor balcony. The job was quick, smooth, efficient, and there were no damages! Highly recommend!

(February 27, 2020, 11:09 am)They weren't the least expensive option (they weren't the most expensive either), but the prompt and courteous response, plus willingness to pick up the next day (on a SUNDAY-- they actually offered, I was expecting sometime during the week) was enough to book them.
