I enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The staff was kind and the doctor asked detailed questions and made the experience comfortable.
Braeswood Vision is first rate. I have been going there for years. Dr. Cartwright is a caring optometrist and is always has time to listen and explain. The staff has been the same since I have gone there, professional, friendly and helpful.
Really glad I choose Dr. Cartwright at Braeswood Vision, 4009 S Braeswood. He really care about his patients eyes. Overall I had a great experience. He took an eye test to see if I had an underlying eye disease at no extra cost to me. My visit was $50 with insurance. He gave me 2 trial pairs of contacts, 2 expensive brand solution kits and contacts lens cases. Also provided details information on other things that I can do to be more comfortable. He's professional, has good ethics, patient and thorough. Customer Satisfaction says alot. He's a keeper. His staff is also professional and inviting. I made 2 different appointments prior to going to his office and canceled with other places. So if your looking for a great eye doctor. Dr. Cartwright, OD is an excellent choice for me.
Dr. Cartwright was very kind and thoughtful. He's thorough in his exams and up to date on the latest eye technology for identifying potential areas of concern. You're in good hands!
Very thorough! I feel like I was asked a lot of good questions to ensure that my vision needs were met. They also took time to help me to pick the right glasses out and explained all the fees to me. Will be coming back for years to come.
