Their coaches run very high energy classes and do an awesome job getting everyone warmed up, explaining the workout, and providing feedback throughout. The members are also incredibly welcoming. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Another plus was the ability to do some extra work once the class was done. They have space in the back where I was able to get some extra lifting in on my own as well as a variety of different pieces of cardio equipment (assault bikes, bike erg, echo bike, true forms, ski erg, towers.... what more could you want).

(August 30, 2018, 5:54 am)CFCH is an awesome box. I dropped in twice this week while in Houston for a conference and the members here are super welcoming. They have plenty of equipment and space. Highly recommend for any visitors!
