Your professionalism from your first communication to coming over with your delivery guys to make sure they moved the machine without any issues was above and beyond! You were very up front about the whole process and, most importantly, I felt you were very ethical on both sides: You were fair to me and your buyers, and that is what impressed me the most.   I do not write reviews very often, but my customer service experience at Jungle Jim's was so awesome that I had to share it. What impressed me the most about Jim is that he gave me honest, professional, and personal advice about the fitness equipment that best suited my needs. I did not find that level of service in any of the sporting goods stores I visited.
