(January 11, 2019, 3:47 pm)Sears Carpet Cleaning was great, they returned my online order request very promptly, explained everything up front and did not charge me for any extras I did not want. Finally, a carpet cleaning company that honors it's online specials and no hidden charges once the Service Pro gets to your home. My Service Pro Felix Rocha was fantastic, very friendly and answered all my questions and explained the process he would do to get my carpets as clean as possible. I have not had my carpets cleaned in many years and Felix did a great job making them look almost new again.

(January 9, 2019, 3:53 pm)Darryl and Edger did an amazing job. I originally requested 2 units be cleaned, however due to their professionalism and customer focus, I added 3 additional units. They went above and beyond expectation. I am excited to write this review, because it is quite rare to find people that truly excel at their craft. Even though Sears cost a little more than the market average, it is worth having the work completed by true professionals. I would give 6 STARS if possible. Great Job Guys!

(December 13, 2018, 3:02 pm)This is my first time getting the ducts cleaned, and so far I'm very impressed with the results. I've been dealing with excessive dust in my room nearest the intake vent. Basically, I would have to dust every 2-3 days in that room. I have been pleased with the results. Been 3 days and no dust. It feels cleaner in here.
Also the gentlemen who came to my home were so polite and professional. Explained the process, took care not to damage the floors, cleaned up after themselves (I was amazed at the amount of junk that fell out of the vents when they were opened). Very impressive. If possible, I wish I could request them the next time I have the air ducts cleaned.
I would definitely recommend not only getting the air ducts cleaned regularly but having Sears do it.
