  I have been at the Hilton Americas for a week of training. I decided to go up to the spa and I received the absolute best service ever! Yume is so sweet, gentle and personable. I hate I can’t become her regular customer. Go see Yume the next time you’re at the Hilton!

  Amazing spa. I was able to get a 1 hr deep tissue massage from Tiffany and her hands were like magic. She listened to me about sore areas. She even made adjustments as my shin was too tight. There was a complimentary glass of champagne after my massage. The robes were very soft. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The pool was nice. There’s a jacuzzi as well. The views of Houston from the patio were nice. I’d definitely come back.

  I had a great day at one of my favorite Spas.
  Jennifer the manager is awesome. She makes sure you feel right and home. She is always, professional, personable and accommodating. She’s the best. She knows how to retain her customers. This is my 3rd time but My first time writing a review. I finally sat down to do it but I should have written it long ago. The spa is so clean, organized, and smells of lavender. They serve you Mimosas and fresh fruit. You also have a choice of tea or coffee. The views for the 23 rd floor are refreshing on a sunny day. I had Edna today as my masseuse. She was the best. She knows how to work those knots out of your neck and back. I left there feeling so relaxed I could have taken a nap. I can’t wait to go back. Try it out its’s worth it.

  Yume gave me my pedicure and it was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! She was so kind and helped me totally relax. She got rid of every bit of rough skin I had. My feet are so soft! Her foot massage was INCREDIBLE! She even recommended products to use to keep my feet feeling and looking their best! The spa was clean and very comfortable and their infused water is fantastic!
