Everyone is always looking for the same thing from an auto shop: reasonable rates, prompt & reliable service, and, most of all, honesty. You get it all with Impact. They go the extra mile every time; they'll even pick up your car from your house and bring it back to you when it's finished! For those of us that don't have a lot of knowledge about cars, though, one of the best things is the way that everthing is broken down and explained systematically in easy to understand language. Critical and optional services are clearly identified so you won't spend more than necessary. If something can wait, there's no pressure, just thoughtful suggestions. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Impact Automotive to anyone looking for auto service in Houston!
