Hornet's technician came out to diagnose and repair a problem with our washing machine. Arrived on time, we chatted briefly about the issue we were having, and he had diagnosed the problem all within about 10 minutes. Ordered a new water valve (controls hot/cold water split while filling / rinsing), told us when to expect it to be ready to install and yep, they came back on a Saturday, had it all done in less than 20 minutes. Have used Hornet in the past, and will continue to do so - top notch outfit, very friendly and courteous employees, and they communicate with you every step of the way by text or phone so you know what's going on. Highly recommended.
