  Love the atmosphere and the coaches are great, they know what they are doing. They make you feel welcome and allow you to work at your own pace. Would highly recommend!

  Crossfit has always been intimidating to me. The workouts are tough and intense! It truly helps discover what your made of. The best part of Volt City is that no matter what stage of conditioning your in the coaches make sure that you are training at your level. That the technique is perfected. It's always encouraging to see the coaches working out next to you. A very unified group that puts the hard work in every time! A great box to join!

  Going on 2+ years here and it's been great since the start. The coaches make you feel comfortable and are there to provide a scaled version of any movement etc. to accommodate your skill level. Great group of people and fun atmosphere. Lots of time slots available to work into your schedule.

  We have been coming to VoltCity for company team building every week for nearly three years. The group has embraced the experience, gotten fitter and become closer to people from different departments.

  This is a great gym! Crossfit sounded so intimidating, but they really took the time to help me learn the mechanics to each move. They never pressured me to go higher and made sure I worked to my own max ability. Over the past 2yrs they've worked with me on building the muscle, and confidence, that I can now do Rx weights/reps!
  They're simply the best!!!
