  This is my second purchase from them. I had to go in and change my Malibu out as our family is growing. Thomas Pina provided us excellent service to help us find the right vehicle for us. I did have some minor issues with my new had to take in for a repair, but Christopher Almonte from the service department has been such a huge help every single time. Thank you for providing excellent customer service Chris.

  A great service center for Chevrolet customers. I was stuck on road with a dead battery. The car wouldn't keep running even after jump starting.
  Went to NTB and a couple of garages on dairy ashford. All tried to upsell and make $$$$ out of me.
  Frustrated i called mak haik for help. The guy from the service center was very helpful and calmed me down first. Asked a few car details and informed me that i could get my car looked at in the center under warranty!
  He even booked a towing service for picking up my car from the road.
  On reaching the center, he asked me to relax in the customer waiting area and even offered a courtesy car or a drop off.
  A couple of hours later, the car came back all fixed. No big issues as other garages mentioned. They even gave the car a nice wash - complimentary!

  Being that I’ve been to Canada in the past, I’m aware of what “kind/nice/courteous” people are. I thought I had seen the nicest people I was ever going to see in my life, and I was absolutely right...until I called Mac Heik Chevrolet for an oil change for my 6th Gen Camaro SS and Mr. Jacobe Sherman answered. I thought I had seen it all in my life, but I’ve NEVER come even close to meeting an individual as... kind hearted, understanding, caring and so willing to give the customer a 100% satisfactory experience as Mr. Jacobe Sherman did for me today. Being so absolutely astonished to witness SUCH incredible customer care, for some odd reason I automatically felt inclined to talk about my life problems with him but luckily caught myself.
  Thanks to Mr. Jacobe Sherman, instead of returning back to Mac Heik for the recommended 3k mike oil change, I’m going to be coming in every 1k just to get a chance to interact with Mr. Jacobe Sherman for even 55 more seconds. This is a man who is needed by both Mac Haik, and by the world. Thank you, Mr. Jacobe Sherman for restoring hope in humanity. -Faraz
