So my wife and I got into a contract with a builder and we could tell right away this wasn't going to be the best avenue for us to obtain a new house for our family. We had George signed on as the realtor right from the get-go representing us. Thank the Lord we did that. We backed out of the deal with the builder. When we backed out the builder was giving us push back on backing out of the contract. George took the bull by the horns and got the builder to re-cant on their position and let us out of the contract without any penalties towards my wife and I.
If you want a true honest to goodness man, not just a realtor, that walks the walk and talk the talk it is George. George is an amazing human being and a truly spectacular realtor. He is a blessing in our family's life. When we find our house for our family we will definitely be retaining George's services as our retailer. This man looks out for your interest at all costs!!!
