The lines were about the length and time as usual, but when I asked to see a manager I just knew I would be in line all over again only to likely walk out with out the results I needed. But I must say that the supervisor by the name of Wendy, came to me minutes after my complaint, addressed me manner-ably and professionally, she listened and not only gave suggestions but it turns out she did put in the effort to get me the result I needed. After constant dissatisfaction in my experiences with Bank of America, especially in the passed year, she is the 2nd employee ever to take on my concern and genuinely assist me in my matter.
I actually felt like the loyal customer I deserve to be treated as and not just a number being told what they can’t do to make a situation better in my life.
