  Hooray!!! A business that will actually call you back AND show up as Scheduled to repair your major appliance... Frank & his team tracked down the Replacement Part for the Main electronic circuit board on our Decade old electric dryer, and were able to ship in the electronics from out of town, Then installed, serviced, returned our old circuit board (required by the manufacturer), and had our Dryer back up & running as Brand New (restored) with in just a couple of days!   What a great experience. He showed up as scheduled. 15 year old fridge I expected to be major issue. The technician had the problem diagnosed in under a minute. The repairs were done timely and I had to ask twice, "Are you sure? That's all it is?" I was so impressed. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I'd rate above 5 stars if I could.

  Hello!
  Just wanted to give my review on Houston Katy Appliances. I used this service on last week, I was given this name by someone where my sister works. My washer was dripping water, thank God the dripping was not going on the floor. I knew that I needed to call someone to check it out. Made the call and someone was out the same day. I was very pleased with the service and the price. It needed a part they came back on Saturday to put the part on and it only took about 15 minutes. Now I am back in business with my washing.

  Fantastic service! Fixed my dryer perfectly. I don't think it has worked this well in years. Frank is awesome, and the same day availability helped us so much.
