(January 28, 2018, 8:47 pm)I was on a business trip in Houston, Texas a few weeks ago and had a dental problem. I was so lucky to find Dr. Shen's office. She treated me promptly, gently, and with great care. I've always had dental anxiety, but she managed to put me at east.
Her entire staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Thanks Dr. Shen and her great team for taking me in on such short notice! I would definitely recommend this office to everyone, you will not regret visiting Image Dental. -

(January 22, 2018, 4:37 pm)Best office in Houston...hands down. My 9 yr old son (Joshua) chipped his 2 front teeth. They fixed them and had him looking like new again. It was a struggle, at first, because of the work they had to do but once he was calm, they fixed him right up. Can't say thank you enough

(October 17, 2015, 2:29 am)I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but I Have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at the office. First I only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seen which is a record for a doctors office(I hate going to the office and seeing the waiting room full and wondering when my turn will be). Next when the assistants came in they were so sweet and friendly and engaged me in conversation to help me relax as I was super nervous. Finally the doc came in and she had one of the sweetest demeanors for a doctor, usually they are so dry and serious which would add to my nervousness. I'm so glad I found an office that takes my insurance and has great service. Now I can only wish I can find a doctors office as pleasant as these guys!!

(November 9, 2013, 1:43 pm)Dr. Shen is awesome! The office staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable! They have done a wonderful job cleaning and caring my teeth. They also answered my many questions with patience and expertise. Would recommend all of my friends and family to Image Dental!
