(February 12, 2016, 9:11 am)I must say they have remarkable service and professionalism beyond there call of duty. I've never seen anyone be so concerned about how you feel with hearing aids and multiple options of how to get them if needed and Molly at the front desk is on the ball on everything. They will work with you get your hearing aids fine-tuned and make sure you are comfortably fit and explain to you how to take care of your hearing aids or devices that you receive for your disability or Hearing disadvantage. I would not recommend anyone to any other place then New Sound Hearing speak with Molly she is outstanding does everything she can to get you in fast and keep you updated of anything you need. I noticed as soon as I think I'm about to run out batteries I walked to the mailbox and there they are that is outstanding service. Dr Corey is outstanding and very professional he will make sure that everything fits right and you understand before you leave his office. I have nothing bad at all to say about this place they have done nothing but good things from me and everyone I've talked to speak highly of this place thank you very much Terry K. Davenport.
Keep up the good work. You all are wonderful.
