These guys are awesome. I called around to several places and they were hands down the cheapest, and the quality was just great. The tech who came out to my office was quick and professional. I recommend them to anyone!
We purchased a new vehicle on Monday and it needed a replacement windshield. The dealership scheduled an onsite installation for Wednesday. An issue developed from the company provided by the dealership the day of the install. I quickly called up Poor Folks Glass and spoke with Greg. I explained the situation and that we were trying to deliver the car to our daughter out of town that evening. Greg and his staff were able to adjust their schedules to allow our installation the same day. They were professional, detailed, prompt, and made us feel like we were #1.
Our installation guy, Juan, was polite, courteous, friendly, and the installation was done in less than 1 hour with no damage, dirt or evidence that the windshield was even replaced. As a result, we were able to deliver the car 2 hours of town to our daughter at dinner and it was the surprise of her life.
I would recommend Greg and the guys over at Poor Folks Glass hands down!
