  The food and service is amazing. The bagels are great, and the selection is wide. Despite the long lines, you will get served quickly. There isn't really a large enough place to sit down and eat inside during the morning rush though. I highly recommend you order to-go.

  The BEST in Houston, hands down. I moved here from NYC, and this place helped ease my homesick nostalgia for a soft, warm, fresh bagel. The egg sandwiches rival those from bodegas back East (dare I say better here though? Fresher for sure haha). Service has always been stellar, and they know how to put a proper (cream cheese) schmear! Customer for life! :)

  Best bagels in Houston. Would make a northern happy. Great variety and choice of bagels. Breakfast sandwiches are spot on and delicious. Prompt and friendly service in a nice location. Well priced with on site parking and indoor seating. Highly recommend.

  Best bagels in Inner-Loop Houston, hands down. I come from the Northeast where bagels are king, and these bagels at Hot Bagel shop are the best I can find after many searches. Soft and delicious, they don't even need to be toasted they are so well done. The breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bagels are also fantastic, and well priced. Highly recommend!!

  Love this place! Nice variety of savory and sweet bagels with lots of different spreads. The bagels were nicely toasted, delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly. The line moves quickly. Definitely will come back for more.
