  Had a great experience here. Russ was very helpful with helping us find a king size mattress. This was our first mattress purchase and he educated us on all the different types. He was not pushy or trying to upsell us. Helped us with financing and got us a great deal. Would highly recommend.

  My initial experience was horrible and vowed to never return back. But the regional manager asked me to give them another chance. So reluctant to go back I did. Well I was greeted by Richard whom was very patient, even with all my questions and indecisiveness. He was also very informative. Giving me honest thoughts and opinions making sure to not sway my decisions either way. He actually made me feel like a millionaire ready to spend millions and yet like part of his family. Very professional courteous and understanding. I will be coming back for pillows mattress covers and any other mattress items. Thank you Richard for turning my horrible experience into a great experience. I recommend this location only. Just ask for Richard and you will be treated like a true VIP.

  We decided to start our search for a new mattress and went to Lakewood Forest Mattress Firm. We met Richard who began to help us and was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses. We chose our mattress but after sleeping on it for a month decided we need to warranty it due to a defect. We went back into the store and spoke with Richard who helped us get the mattress returned and purchase a new one. Well, our choice turned out to be too firm of a mattress so we took advantage of the exchange policy. After a lot more help from Richard we landed on our current mattress. Richard has been extremely helpful and extremely kind! He is such a great salesman to work with. He's very knowledgeable and very patient! We got a great deal!

  We are so glad we purchased our mattress from Mattress Firm Lakewood Forest. Our sales person, Richard, was exceptional. We were greeted when we walked in and given some guidance for some good options for us in looking for a mattress, as we were upgrading our daughter's room. He was patient, answered all of our questions, he was knowledgeable and explained differences between the options, he wasn't pushy at all- he was present when we needed him, helpful and friendly. When we picked up our mattress, he helped take them to our car and he went out of his way to help tie them down and help us. When we got home, we had a problem with our box spring and called him right away. Within maybe 10 minutes, he had a new solution for us, and had arranged pick up of the old box spring and delivery of the new one within a couple of days. His customer service is first-class and impressive. Thank you Richard for helping us. Our daughter loves her new mattress and so do we! We had an excellent experience doing business and we appreciate your knowledge, helpfulness, friendliness and patience!
