(November 24, 2018, 8:40 pm)I accompanied my wife today for some new frames. First off, not only were we greeted by Megan -- she remembered her from a visit LAST SEPTEMBER. Megan was genuinely excited and provided wonderful service to us. She even remembered me from my wife talking about me during her last visit. Not sure where all the negativity comes from, but I was glad I tagged along.
Don't call me biased, call me impressed. :) -

I'm am super Ioyal to America's Best because I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. Making an appointment online could not be any easier. Everyone is incredibly friendly! They even recognize me when I come in! I've been there maybe 5 times in the past 15 months and they remember me. Want to know why? Because I'm friendly and have a good time with the staff while I'm there! Megan especially is my favorite person there. She makes going to get glasses fun! The world needs more Megan's! A lot of my loyalty lies how amazing Megan is! Go in there with a smile on your face and you'll have great experiences too!
