Jeff Alonzo

Jeff is a great trainer. I am 61 and have severe osteoporosis. Jeff works with me to build muscles and improve balance and posture -everything I can do in the gym to protect my skeleton. He is very knowable about human physiology and develops exercises and routines that are specialized for you need to be doing to be the best you physically. Ather one year training together, I feel better and stronger! Thanks Jeff for all you do for this client.

This is not another trip around the gym. By combining a workout program with a nutritional program my wife and I really feel the difference. First off, Jeff explains which muscles you are working - and how you need to exercise them - starting with having you focus your mind on that particular part of your body. Secondly, from a nutritional standpoint - getting you to eat the right combination of foods at the right times makes a huge difference in how we feel and makes it all worth it. For the first time in years we are motivated to exercise and eat properly.

About 20 years ago I started working out with Jeff as my personal trainer. I had worked with a number of trainers before Jeff. Once I had Jeff as my trainer I have not had another trainer. Jeff is the best. He knows the body very well and can get excellent results. One of the differences is that Jeff stays extremely focused on you during your workout to give you the best. The results of my workouts were very good.
Almost two years ago I had a stroke and my insurance paid for a physical therapist. I knew that Jeff would be much better than a physical therapist so I contacted Jeff to see if he would work with me again on my recovery from the stroke. Jeff began work with me immediately and within 4 months I had a full recovery from my stroke. I still used the physical therapist that the insurance company provided, I told the physical therapist that I was using Jeff also and he began asking me for Jeff’s workout routine and incorporated some of Jeff’s work out in my physical therapy. It seems Jeff has a good solution for most physical aches, pains and ailments.
In judging Jeff’s work on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give him a 12.

I have worked with body workers and trainers and Jeff is an excellent combination of both. He is well trained, professional, attentive and perceptive. He has increased my comfort, flexibility, strength, and awareness. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. I am so grateful to have found him. I am on the back side of 60 and my body is in the best condition it has ever been in. He has found his calling, that I know. I feel blessed to have found him.

Jeff is incredibly perceptive of the subtle clues the body gives in response to tightness or weakness. At my first session, he was able to tell that I'd had a right knee injury long ago simply by looking at how I stood still. He's able to adjust my program on the fly according to what areas need the most attention. As a result of working with Jeff, I've become far more attentive to the signals my body gives me. I feel I'm gradually reversing the effects of a 20+ year period in which I unconsciously favored one side of my body over the other and suffered periodic injuries.
