While Dr allon and his NP are very experienced and professional, his non-clinical office staff are not as worthy of praise. They dont feel the need to be friendly or empathetic towards the patients and are not good about answering the office phone (you will get the voicemail 99% of the time). On a positive note, they are pretty good about answering voice messages once you have left a few angry ones on there.
great doctor , I wish him a happy retirement although I am saddened by having to look for another neurologist .
