Houston OCD Program

Very effective program.

I was a patient at the Houston OCD program for 3 weeks. I do not live in the area, so it was a huge leap of faith to travel quite a distance and give this program a try. It is hard work but it sure beats the alternative of staying sick. Prior to attending this program, I had exhausted all my options with little to no change in my mental health status. The experience was was incredible and really life changing, to say the least. Everyone was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I learned so much about how to better manage my condition and they gave me a concrete plan on how to continue treatment after my discharge. My individual therapist was Jennifer Sy and she was fabulous! You really can see the difference going there vs your everyday run of the mill therapist. These people are really dedicated to your treatment and are on the cutting edge of OCD treatment. Everywhere else I went, I just felt like another patient. At the Houston OCD program, I felt as though I really mattered and that everyone really cared about my recovery.
