In addition, to learning how to box, the experience reduces any anxiety and stress levels that come with each day. Also, Rocky, his coaches and management are personable, humble and provide a clean and safe environment to have fun while you learn. Whatever your goals, fitness to sparing to competitive boxing, you won’t find a better facility in Houston.
