I got Renter's Insurance through this company. It was a seamless process, that make every effort to make it convenient for you as a customer. Their customer service is impeccable and they always seem to be open regardless if it's a holiday or not. All of the Customer Service Representatives are cordial and the Manager, Aldo, is always there to assist you if there is an issue (there are usually never issues). Don't be turned off by the title of their establishment. They cater to everyone, not just the Hispanic/Latino community. If your tired of working with "big box" stores and getting "big box" customer service when it comes to the insurance business then I strongly recommend working with this company for all of your insurance needs, they treat every customer like they are the only one.
