I am extremely pleased with my experience at Custom Made Trailers. Donna and Rosanna were phenomenal and they couldn’t have done a better job with helping us with our food trailer. The trailer looks great, brand new equipment, and they explained how to properly use everything. Great customer service.

The owner of this business was very professional and extremely helpful. It was my first time doing this and she provided me and my husband with everything we needed to go forward. She provided us with financing for our trailer and walked us through the entire process of it being built. Her staff was extremely friendly and her guys that build and design the trailers were phenomenal. It felt as though we were walking into a new family and were welcomed with open arms. My husband and I were very happy with the finished product. I recommend this company if you want a great job to be done and great people doing it!

A big thank you to Thomas and Donna, who gave me my first lesson in deciding on the right trailer for my future food truck/trailer plans. They were both very helpful and escorted me throughout the property, showing me a huge selection of trailers; some at the early stages of retrofitting, and some completed. The whole experience was kept very casual and comfortable, and at no time did I feel pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with, such as make a decision on the spot. I was even given a tour of the warehouse and was able to watch the crew in action while they assembled a trailer. Although I am leaning more toward a food truck, due to my specific needs and plans, it was worth the trip to Houston from central Louisiana to speak with these folks who helped me tremendously.
