(January 2, 2019, 1:57 pm)Our dog collapsed while we were out at breakfast. Since it was New Years Day, we didn't have a ton of options and luckily found this place (thank you for being 24/7/365!!!). Our dog was experiencing anaphylactic shock, and the vets took great care of her. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Even though it was an incredibly stressful experience, I was pleased with the level of care. (And yes emergency services are expensive but not as much as I thought it would be). The only thing I would improve upon is the exit process. I asked for a copy of my dog's lab results twice and ended up leaving without it. We were also told we'd get setup with a dog dermatologist to figure out main allergens, but I need to follow up on that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for emergency services.

(October 30, 2018, 5:08 am)I came in somewhere around 1:00 am. My "emergency," thankfully, turned out to be something non-life threatening that I could potentially solve seeing my normal vet. And Dr. Shotts actually told me so!! I've been to other places that will try their best to gauge you for every extra penny they can, but here I had a rational and fair conversation that saved everyone time and saved me a lot of money. That makes me feel much more secure if I ever have to bring my pets here again; hopefully I can continue to expect help where I need it, without any bill-padding nonsense.
I had a much, much better experience here than I've had at certain other places. I regret not asking the names of the techs I spoke to, but all the staff members I interacted with were calm, gentle, and knowledgeable. Then, when I actually spoke to the vet, he was equally reassuring. Heck, even the paperwork they emailed me about my dog's visit was reassuring; very detailed, very specific, and worded relatively causally.
