Since that day, I have been treated with great customer service, fast service (typical time at Santa Ana for Oil Change appx 15 minutes), and great care of the vehicle. The team is great, and I have not gone to any other shop other than this location since my first visit.

(December 10, 2018, 2:00 pm)I had my vehicle inspection done here and they were very nice and quick. I also had my Great Dane with me and I was able to wait with him at their outside seating area. Just when I thought I was finished Veronica, asked me if I would like her to assist me in getting my sticker renewed online and she took care of that for me too! Talk about going above and beyond as I was about to go wait in line not realizing it could be done online... Thank you Santa Ana!

(November 27, 2018, 2:15 pm)I recently had some car trouble and it was over the weekend. Even in their off hours, I was taken care of thoroughly. They got my car in and when they opened on Monday they had me driving away with it repaired Monday evening. That gave me multiple options as far as different ways of repair and pricing. Fantastic service all around I will always look to them for my repairs in the future.
