(January 8, 2019, 12:03 pm)This was my first time having my car serviced at this shop and I must say the experience was great!! The customer service(especially from the manager Petros) was fantastic. Someone looked at my car and gave me a great inspection about what I needed. Some things that I thought I needed, because of what another shop told me was omitted.That showed great ethics from this business. They could have just did it and took my money. The prices are extremely reasonable. This is where I will go to take care of all my car needs. Thanks West End Auto Works!!

(June 30, 2018, 5:45 pm)I was on my way to work when my power steering gave out and my truck started smoking. I had read good reviews about this place and took my truck in. So glad I did, I found the only mechanic in Houston I trust!
Got my truck back the same day after going to work.
Stranded there in the morning (this was before Uber was big), the owner’s friend who was in for some chit chat volunteered to take me to work - I’ll never forget that. Reminds me of the goodness of people.
