(December 2, 2017, 3:48 pm)as soon as I walked in the ladies and gentlemen there were so helpful. You were spoke to you when you came inside the store and there was frequently someone available to ask a question and answer it. They did their jobs and when we couldn't find the size or type we wanted to shoot they went and looked it up even though the line was long at the cash register every still polite and try to move as quickly as they could. They also took the time to call the warehouse make sure they had in their size or another store and ordered them and had them sent to the store for us to get. And the wait time to receive the shoes was not long at all even when the shoe did not one of the shoes did not come in on the day that they mentioned they apologized checked on it and called us again to make sure that we knew what that she was in. So overall my rating is because of everything that happened at the store and it was busy and it was Black Friday they were awesome!
