Love this place and the staff!

Meadowlake goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my dogs here. I am able to go out of town and have no worries because I know they are well taken care of. And my dogs always come home tuckered out, which is so helpful after long travel days. The staff also continues to amaze me and how much they care for my dogs

Thank you Meadowlake for 5 great years! We have been taking our dog Ginny here for grooming and have even tried doggy daycare back when we had no human children. Every experience is professional and courteous and they treat Ginny like their own. They are conscientious about everyone being up to date on vaccines. This year Ginny was accidentally cut during grooming. They immediately called me and let me know what happened and they handled taking her to the vet and footed all the bills including her medication. I did bring her back after that incident since they were honest with the situation and I haven’t had any issues since. Ginny loves going there and we are sad to no longer be able to give them our business as we are moving. Thank you Meadowlake!

So far so good! I used them to board my dog for the weekend. The process was quick but thorough. The location is perfect for my dog since she stresses easily from loud car noises or busy intersections. The location is remote and off a quiet road. The front lobby area is kept very clean and the grounds seem to look well maintained. I also liked how they communicated with other team members. As soon I was walked in for check in/check out, my dog was taken care of with handlers who knew who she was and where she needed to go (a huge relief since drop off can be so stressful for her). Since she was a first time boarder, after check in, the kennel manager (?) took time to re-confirm with me everything on her check in list, i.e., allergies, diet, health and behavior notes. I felt assured that they were paying attention to details. I also love the daily report card with the photo. It was the highlight of my weekend to see her having fun.

I love taking Milo here. He always has so much fun and is always tired when I take him home from daycare. When he lodges with them they take the cutest pics. Their grooming is always booked but they always have time to squeeze him in for a bath and brush. Staff is also very friendly and Milo seems to love everyone.

My dog and I have been going here for almost 4 years now, and we love it! The staff is so caring and attentive, and I know my pup is in good hands. Joy is the best groomer, and she always does an amazing job!
