  My work vehicle needed a remanufactured transmission. Great staff, facility and service!
  
  My suggestion: allow customers to "test drive" their vehicles prior to paying for the service. After specifically requesting such a test drive, the owner accompanied me on the test drive. Major dealerships allow customers to test drive their vehicles after service. So should National Transmission on Griggs Road in Houston, TX.

  I've taken two cars here for transmission repairs and had no problems with the work. They even asked me to bring it back after 15 days just to check it out for me to make sure all the bells and whistles are working correctly. I recently took my truck for service great place good guys. Professional and honest. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I was having transmission issues and took my truck here. They got it checked out right away and we're very informative on what was causing the issue. Had to get it rebuilt. Donnie told me what it would cost and told me they could have it done in a timely manner. Even with having to do more than expected he stuck with the original quote and it was done within a few days. I was shocked. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a transmission shop. These guys are the real deal. Truck is running great again and I was 100% satisfied. Thanks guys for the awesome service.

  Today was my first time coming here. I spoke with them over the phone a few days ago and they were explained everything I needed to know in detail and provided excellent customer service. I ended up going to them to which they offered me service at an affordable price. They said it would be a few hours so they offered to take me home (or wherever I needed to be) and pick me up when it was finished which is what I did. One of the best services I received since having my car!

  Excellent and kind service. I got an oil change and transmission fluid change and was given an honest cost estimate and evaluation of the service needed. They also installed a new engine splash guard that I had provided at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
