A month ago I was looking for a place where I can learn how to practice real yoga. I had never took classes before, so I really wanted a place where can I feel conformable asking and not awkward of not knowing the poses.
Sarah is a great instructor, she makes you feel secure of yourself. I really love that she has the New Student Class, this is the prefect space where you can ask, where she explains how classes held and where you decide if you want to move forward with Creatures of Yoga
If you are beginner and you are afraid of not knowing yoga, this is the place. If you think you are a yoga master, this is also the place for you.
Creatures of Yoga is the best place, give it a try!
