(September 10, 2018, 8:02 pm)EXCELLENT doctor and AMAZING Staff! I went to Dr. Kaplan after seeing him on a TV ad. From the moment I was seen in the office I truly felt I was having a " VIP" experience. Unlike a lot of other doctors I have seen he took the time to really listen to my problems. I had the balloon surgery about a month ago and things couldn't have gone better. His staff are wonderful and make you feel like you are the only patient in his practice. Oh, he even gave me his cell phone number to call him but I didn't need it. He called me after the surgery to check on me! Highly recommend!

After being told by another physician that I required a more invasive procedure to treat my chronic sinusitis, I wanted a second opinion. During my consultation with Dr. Kaplan, he recommended the balloon sinuplasty. I had my procedure within a week, on a Friday morning, and was back at work Monday. He was incredibly thorough and professional and personally answered ALL of my (many) questions before and after my successful treatment. I’m very happy with the care I received and would recommend him to anyone!
