(July 9, 2019, 11:19 pm)Customer service was great. They have a daily breakfast service that has hot and dry items. The concierge employees are nice. Room was clean. It is right off a major highway so there were some occasion I would be woken up by a large semi passing but drifted back to sleep quickly because.m the pillows and beds are comfy.

(June 17, 2019, 3:36 pm)My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Customer service was excellent! Breakfast was made of scrambled eggs,egg white omelet with veggies, sausage, oatmeal, milk, juices, bread, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and more things. They have an indoor pool, work out area, office area and more. Great place to stay with the family!

(May 28, 2019, 11:59 am)Loved the stay here. The best part is they have chargers for electric vehicles, as part of destination charger network. I charged my car overnight, got a charge rate of 40 miles/hr. The pool was as usual fun for the family. The staff was courteous.

(March 11, 2019, 3:33 am)Front Desk customer service was good, we checked in early. I didn’t understand why we had to pay a $50 deposit even though a card was on file and we booked directly with them. Was no problem though. Hallway upstairs smelled weird kinda like dog pee or something but the room was okay. Room was spacious and clean we had a king. I love how the rooms are furnished and have a lot of lighting. There was a keurig for coffee in there if (good to know if you want to bring your own coffee or tea). Breakfast was pancakes (made fresh from a machine) omelets and little sausages amongst many other things. We didn’t get a chance to try out the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Maybe next time. Location is nice if you’re visiting the galleria. Overall would stay here again. Suitable for all types of travel business or leisure.
