  This is long overdue!! I love these apartments and the whole office staff their customer service is amazing and they all are nice. They care about their tenants and they are very professional I’m glad to live here. Thank you for all that you guys do. God bless you!!!

  I'm Arthur and this place is Nice and staff are Great!. Not much to complain about for the money or not. Everybody have the right to their own opinion and people will find something negative to say about anywhere. like people too nice and it's too clean and quiet over there. it seems phony and dead or something. i just don't like it. smh. I been here 3 years. i would like to see the ratings up over 4.0. i can go on about the good things here compared to other placesI but this would be too long. I do understand this is not a High Rise for $2,200 or more per month and life is life. No where is perfect and it's levels to this. This is great for what and where it is and some things management is not gone have 100 percent control of and they are not the ones responsible to pay for 24 hour surveillance and pool monitoring like some of us may like. I think a good job is being done here and will continue to improve

  Management and staff at Mandalay have been absolutely superb! Carla and her crew are so sweet and always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  
  It’s so quiet in this complex I sometimes wonder if I have neighbors at all! And the pool area is just gorgeous and always bustling with BBQs and fun! Here’s to the next year, and hopefully more, at Mandalay at Shadow Lake! :)
