  We have utilized Houston Sub Zero Repair on three different occasions for three different problems. They are DEFINITELY a Sub Zero authorized repair team.
  Obviously, we were pleased with all aspects of their timely and professional service or we would not have continued to put faith in them.
  We have referred other, discriminating, Sub Zero owners to them and they were also highly pleased with Houston Sub Zero Repairs' services.
  We only use top quality service people and these folks are top quality!

  Prompt service, extremely courteous, seemed knowledgeable, and gave a fair price! I will definitely use them again. Frankly the few 1-star reviews here are so incredibly discongruent with the other 5 star reviews and my own experience, I think they must be reviewing the wrong company.

  Houston Sub zero is the best appliance repair team I have ever used in Houston. They are so reliable and knowledgeable about everything! Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and are usually at my house the day when I call! Jamie and his day Tony are the best! Trustworthy, professional and so good at what they day! I don't call anyone else!

  Jamie was amazing! He really knows his washers and stove tops. Two of my burners were not lighting, so he ran several tests before he found the problem. I was very impressed. He was professional, courteous, and considerate. He even removed his work shoes before coming inside, and cleaned up after himself. There was a spot of yuk on the dryer where he placed his tool, and he used his shirttail to clean it up. He is also a super nice man. I would hire him again in a second.
