    There is no other more reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated service I could ever recommend that compares to Air Ambulance 1. Upon our first call, AA1 quickly assessed our situation, created a plan, outlined finances, and moved everything to action after carefully crafting each step for ground and air transport. I specifically want to acknowledge Ronan Watchman, who, aside from being a professional quick to respond to all my last-minute questions and concerns, urgently prioritized the care of my grandfather during our time of need. The proficiency and understanding of this team are incredible; my family and I are greatly indebted to their hard work and the additional time they took when challenges arose. Due to the rise of COVID cases, the hospital in our home state denied the admittance of my grandfather as there were no beds available. Ronan and the team put in additional time, energy, and effort to find a hospital in a neighboring state that would treat my grandfather with the medical attention he needed. Their ability to adapt quickly and adjust as required made the medical transport a success without losing the quality of service their medical team provides. I highly recommend AA1; my family and I are thankful to them for my grandfather's international medical transport.

    From the outset the Team at Air Ambulance 1 did all they could to facilitate my request. Mr. Wachman stayed in contact and answered every question. When unavailable, other members of the Team stepped in to work with us (weekend questions were welcomed and answered by Sean). On arrival, the crew on the aircraft spoke with us and made certain we were able to see mom as soon as it was safe. A very professional and caring Team. Thank you, everyone at Air Ambulance 1, for taking care of mom and for bringing her home
