  Our company is a family owned and operated business since 1960. It has always been very important to me as a business owner to satisfy every customer as if they were my ONLY customer. When I called Hill Country Rock for an estimate on a home project I was building, They were very punctual with their appointment. Trevor came out and took notes on what I wanted. Jason, the owner, came back out to get clear on how I wanted it built. I told him I wanted a fire pit area built that looked like an old, broken, adobe stone wall building that, when people looked at it, they would say that it almost looks like the Alamo. They achieved it to perfection. Every morning, Jason would come by early and check on his crew, and make sure that I was satisfied. Hill Country Rock made me feel like I was the most important job they had going. If you are looking for a very professional company, with a personal touch to do your stone work, I can highly recommend Hill Country Rock. Richard

  I have small kitchen project that we've been working on for the last month. I wanted to rock the front face of my wrap around bar between my kitchen and dining room. Found Hill Country Rock on line. Prices were great and I felt like I was dealing with someone I've known for years. Answered all my questions and got my job out in a matter of a couple days. Not a big job but I really appreciate that it got the same attention as the big guys. Thanks for your help and great customer service

  My wife and I bought a house this year with a dated brick fireplace. After a few months we decided to redo it. I wanted to take the easy way out and buy some faux stone panels for an easy DIY install since I had no experience whatsoever in cutting or laying real stone. Long story short...she triumphed in the decision and ended up taking us to Hill Country Rock which happened to be pretty close to our house. Their prices were reasonable and they had an adequate selection of different stone types from which to choose. The next thing you know...I'm learning all about laying stone, which was actually pretty cool.
  
  More than that though, the level of customer service that these guys provide is the more important thing worth noting. They've got much bigger projects going on than my small fireplace yet they treated us as they would a general contractor with a huge account.
  
  Tom, the manager, definitely went out of his way to take care of us and keep us posted on the status of our order. Jason, the owner, even came out to the rock yard and personally supervised the finishing details of my hearthstone. Pretty solid customer service I'd say.
  
  I'd definitely recommend these guys whether you're a contractor or DIY guy like myself.

  As a builder, it can be very tough to find a supplier or contractor that puts your project goals first. I've worked with Hill Country Rock for a few years now and they have always felt more like a partner in each project than just a stone supplier. Their staff, from top to bottom, couldn't be more helpful in working with me to meet my design concept needs and budget. From their great studio that displays a large variety of stone samples to their competitive pricing and friendliness, I can easily say there is no one else I'd rather go to for my masonry needs than Hill Country Rock.

  My husband and I are building our dream home and decided to use Hill Country Rock as our stone supplier. Building a home can be very stressful but Hill Country Rock made it so easy for us to find the perfect stone. Not only did they have the best prices, they also helped us choose our mortar and stucco colors and sent us one of their crews to do the installation. The guys did a fantastic job and finished the house in 3 days! We are so happy and so blessed! Thank you so much Hill Country Rock, we will be telling our friends about you!
