The owner took time to help us find the stones and boulders we wanted! Offered services at a fair price that we did not know they offered! The new ownership and service is amazing! We highly recommend Warren’s Earth Friendly to everyone in the area, even if you have to drive a little ways the service will be worth the journey! Thanks for the GREAT Customer Service Experience ! (March 21, 2018, 10:05 am)Have ordered 3 different times from here. Price is a bit less expensive than a couple other places and they have the same options. Sometimes Natalie isn't at the front cause she out on the field getting supplies etc. Which is nice. Being that it's Spring and business is busy might be helpful to have another person on staff. But it's hard to find so I get it. I find that if I am clear in communicating my wants and schedule and details of where to place things and asking all the questions all is good. They don't know what I don't tell them and I don't know if I don't ask specifics. So others complaining about lack of communication. It goes both ways. I haven't had a problem here. I would rather over ask, triple check and make myself clear than to have issues. SO with that, this place is good. Just be clear and patient.
