(February 13, 2019, 7:21 am)Humble Tx NTB provided excellent service! Had a late Sunday afternoon flat tire. Knowing that the store was closing at 5pm, I got the loose tire in the store after 4pm. I wasn't expecting to have the replacement of the tire completed by closing time but they got the job done! Way to take take care of your customers!! Being a life long customer of NTB, I'll definitely return to the Humble store.

Which I appreciate so much! I will gladly be making more trips to this location. Everyone was super friendly an made you feel welcomed.

Contacted this HUMBLE location on Friday, 18th in the morning to inquire about 4 tires that were showing they need to be ordered. Several hours later an NTB associate called to inform me the tires had arrived. I was very pleased with the quick update. Once I arrived 30 minutes before 7pm, the technicians were ready to take care of me. Eager and provided quick service and explained the process for the pkg I needed not just try to sell. (January 13, 2019, 4:29 pm)We have been utilizing this NTB location for several years now for standard oil change and tire needs. However, last year, they performed an engine mount replacement on one of our vehicles and recently there were issues that pointed to the mount being a defective part. The Store Manager, Jane was extremely professional, caring, & made me feel that she held my best interest. She had the matter reviewed by the mechanic, replaced the part, didn't hesitate to honor the warranty which was still active, and even test drove the vehicle herself to ensure that it was in good working order. I have been EXTREMELY wowed by the attention and service provided. Though NTB is a major retail brand, Jane's leadership seems to have changed the "culture" of this store. It now feels like an independently owned "Mom and Pop" establishment that isn't just there to make money, but strives to build trust and continued business relationships with their customers.

(January 3, 2019, 7:57 am)Friendly, clean and honest. Not always what I want to hear but I appreciate a place I don’t feel I’m being taken advantage in. Yes, you may wait but I guess you can’t expect someone to lift a car and move huge tires around in just a few mins. These guys ( and ladies) absolutely rock!
