Dr. Nguyen is awesome .He answers my questions. Dapper young man! The front office is catty. They are so undisciplined they were talking badly about another Doctor, who's son was a Nguyen patient. You never get a straight answer because they hang up on you.
Awesome well dressed doctor, with amazing bed side matters
Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Love him. The office staff can be a little rough around the edges sometimes. There are two nurses that are so, so nice. The others seem very unhappy. I'm not sure if it's that they have been doing the same job for so long or what exactly, but it is eminent that they are not happy to be talking with patients in person or on the phone. I am moving out of state. When I called to cancel my appointment coming up in the next few weeks they did not ask if they could try to see me sooner, when I was leaving, if I might need a refill on my migraine medication before I go, etc. The person I spoke with simply said, "I have cancelled your appointment. Thanks, bye." It was very impersonal. I had two questions that I was not able to ask because she hung up so quickly.
Dr Nguyen is a wonderful Doctor. Great bedside manner and seems very concerned. And is a Great dresser!
