  This place is amazing! All of the guys here are so helpful and really go out of their way for you! My insurance company refused to pay for my extentioe of my rental car and West Lake Houston Collision took care of it for me and payed my extension! I would recommend this place 100%
  Hunter & Luis are great guys. They made this repair after a wreck so easy, and accommodated my every need!

  Recently I was in an accident that caused the need for repairs to my bumper. Despite the delay of the holidays, Luis went over and beyond to make sure I was informed of my vehicle repairs. Due to the long delay of the holidays and insurance my vehicle was at the shop for about a month. Due to the extended stay, after picking up my vehicle my battery was having trouble starting. However, when the insurance refused to pay for a new battery Luis made the decision to not only replace the battery for free but to install it for free as well! Luis was not responsible for my dead battery, but I was extremely grateful for his kindness and service. I would highly suggest that you use West Lake Houston Collision. Accidents and or repairs can be stressful, but West Lake Houston Collision provides the type of service that eases that stress. You would be working with a business of people who are concerned with providing great service to their customers. While profit is important, they truly seem to care about their customers and the safety of their vehicles.

  I was hesitating as I dropped the car with them, but then the first hand experience was way exceeding my expectations because
  The manager, Luis, listens well to customers so that they could understand exactly your needs n they deliver well too. Not only was it a great repair job but it was planned n executed as per my expressed interest. It was washed n shined like a new car when I went to pick up.
  I was truly happy n impressed. Two thumbs up

  My wife was able to get a quote on site in under 30 minutes. She was treated professionally with no pressure. Based on her experience, and based on their reputation, I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday, and picked it up that Friday. They did an exceptional job, detailed the vehicle, and like my wife experienced, they were friendly, professional, and did not have any pressure tactics at all. Very pleased!

  They did a absolute amazing job with my Jeep!! She looks better than when I first got her!! I highly recommend them. They stayed in contact with me so I was never left in the dark on what was going on. Wonderful professional business!!!!
