Melissa has been our stylist for the whole family for about 2 1/2 years. She gave my granddaughter Kennedy her first keratin treatment. She was patient and loving with her during the long process of combing out her curls. She does cut, color, highlights, and Brazilian blowout for me. She is flexible with my crazy work schedule.
