Our very recent surgical experience with Dr. Heather Scott Pulaski and her team was outstanding and superior in EVERY SINGLE way. Dr. Pulaski paid attention to every detail. Dr. Pulaski actively listened and responded with a superior level of genuine concern and understanding that was extremely reassuring to my Mother (patient) and to me (advocate). Dr. Pulaski's years of experience proved highly valuable both regarding the potential complexities of Mother's health issue as well as the maneuvering, planning, and navigation required in the current healthcare landscape -- complicated by COVID hospital capacities in and around Harris County. Dr. Pulaski followed through and was true to her word at every turn. Dr. Pulaski provided post-op medication and discharge orders in an extremely timely manner and visited the hospital during post-op. Her office staff was responsive to every communication and reached out to try to make our office visit schedule more efficient for us. The women in Dr. Pulaski's office are top-notch and exhibited genuine caring for us. We absolutely loved Dr. Pulaski and would highly recommend her knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise. (In fact, while I listened to Dr. Pulaski during our first appointment, I thought about how Dr. Pulaski's mind seems to work like an expert solving a Rubik's cube -- strategic, one step ahead, and very focused.
