I absolutely enjoy my services at Alicia's Clinic! I love how crisp-clean, serene, relaxing, nicely decorated, and well equipped the clinic is. Alicia performs all the services herself. Her handwork is thorough, she's passionate about her work and extremely knowledgeable on all services. She gave me step-by-step walk-through my weight loss plan and journey ahead. With punctuality & customer service being one of my main pet peeves with service providers in this industry, I am yet to experience either after 9 visits. She is always on-time, cautious, friendly but yet professional, and chatty as engaged. I was not at all surprised to know she was a highly trained and certified professional in her array of services. I couldn't have been luckier to have my very own weight loss coach who takes my failures personally and holds my hand through the journey. She even calls to remind me to eat healthy, encourage me and recommend recipes. There are no cutting corners with Alicia! Like she says "You win, I win"...we're in this together.
