great fast service
Thanks to new management I had a great experience. Had my brakes done yesterday and am very pleased not only with a job well done but the customer service was great. Highly recommend.
Chris went above and beyond for me today, I am moving cross country to Savannah GA tomorrow and with the hurricane I was not able to get my inspection done before now. He opened up just for me to get it done and was quick and really informative. They are very honest here I had a Groupon and due to the weather he could not communicate with Groupons server to redeem but he insisted I get my refund and he would honor he price. He patiently waited while I worked with Groupon on my refund and once it was processed he then charged me. In the past dealing with issues like this has been a struggle and Chris was more than accommodating. Though I am moving out of state I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and relatives if they want honest and efficient service. Thanks again for being neighborly which is a rare thing these days especially in the auto care business.
I went for a oil change and Hank the manager informed me of other problems with my car. I needed a new air filter and my tires needed to be balanced. Hank offered a reasonable price and was really helpful. I will definitely take my car back for routine checks!
