  I love ROF Boot Camp!! Our trainer, Doug, is awesome, very energetic, never a dull workout!! The people are awesome and you never feel like you have to compete against each other. Awesome results!! I love and look forward to going 3 days out of the week :) So glad I joined!!

  My Mom and I joined 2 years ago and haven't stopped going. Doug is consistently energetic. His routines are always challenging (never a dull moment). The results from our workouts are amazing! So glad we found this indoor bootcamp.:)

  This boot camp tends to have mostly women working out but I can testify it is not a workout for the faint of heart. I have seen more men come into the initial trial workout very confident with the attitude of "if a chic can do this so can I". Those same men later on admit to having tossed their cookies after the workout. I recommend this workout but be prepared to ramp up slowly. It takes until about the 3rd week to gain enough stamina to do all the exercises at the speed they are intended. Rest assured though it is a full body workout and results are dependent on each individual. You should use this program as part of a diet and exercise program to get the best benefit. Just don't be surprised if P90X is easy after 6 weeks of this program!

  There are many boot camp options around town, but this is the only one I have been to where you feel a genuine camaraderie between the instructor and his students. Doug Hazlewood is so motivating during class that it makes you want to keep going back. This is a great program and you will see results quickly. The classes are fun and great for any fitness level. The exercises could be modified for the beginner boot camper. Doug isn't just an instructor, he was once a student too. He can tell you about his own struggles with weight loss. Great class - give it a try!
