  Nice park and trails. I've never been on the weekend, but it is usually quiet during the week, which I prefer. Good place to bring your dog, but please clean up after your pet. Most people seem to ignore this despite posted signs.

  I just rund around the park - I hope ppl don't stare at me like I'm odd ????. At some time of the year mosquitos are an issue, and the lightning

  Great place just make sure you do not leave valuables, in your car at this park unless you want them to disappear. Area has a playground for the kids.
  
  The most important thing to know when coming here is to DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.
  
  IF YOU DO PEOPLE WILL BREAK INTO YOUR VEHICLE, and FIND WHERE YOU HID THEM.
  
  DON'T BE STUPID AND THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU.
  
  IT'S NOT IF......IT'S A MATTER OF WHEN. And if you have left stuff in your vehicle, and nothing has happened yet. Then you have been very fortunate.
  
  ** The park is only as safe as you make it. Don't be a victim.
  
  Don't bring cash,credit cards, social security cards,or anything you don't want to disappear.
  
  PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you should be fine.
  
  AGAIN if you FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE and your vehicle gets broken into, don't look for a Pity party for your own stupidity.

  Nice paved trails to walk. Probably more than four miles. Don't know if there is a restroom.

  I particularly enjoy running here. It has a nice paved loop and the lower part on the south end of the park has some nice little trails. You can also get another 1.5 miles by going to the trial on the other side of porter road. My only suggestion might be to put a bathroom accessible for the park.
