I would like to address another review left by the user Randy Child.
I don't think your criticisms are justified, and I'd be surprised if your experience was really as negative as you say.
I have been an avid patron of Lakeside Optical for several years and it has been nothing but a positive experience for me overall. The service is always consistent, and Richard always goes out of his way to ensure that all of my needs are met. The selection is that which you would expect out of any local business, and I know that I've seen popular brands such as Adidas and Gucci on the wall, so I'm not exactly sure what you could have meant by your "ugly and outdated" comment.
Regardless, it is always a pleasant experience at Lakeside Optical as far as I'm concerned, and I wholly appreciate the dedication to the craft displayed by its proprietors.
Great experience and customer service. Rick and his team took the time to explain everything and help save me money. I learned about Lakeside Optical from a family member. I plan to purchase all future glasses from them and refer many more family and friends.
