Dr. Demby received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. During her academic tenure, Dr. Demby completed 3 years of training in an elementary school setting where she provided individual and group therapy and psychoeducational evaluations.
Individual Therapy. We provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. We employ a Relational, Cognitive-Behavioral approach that focuses on establishing a genuine connection with clients and collaboratively examining problematic thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns.
